For example, if the possible responses are "Yes," "No," "N/A," and "Unknown," typing "N" will toggle between "No" and "N/A. You might try this as a workaround: On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click the triangle next to 'Replace' and click 'Replace Fonts'. You may need to type the first letter again if more than once choice starts with the same letter. Typing the first letter of the desired response will select a response from the list.
